Great hot and cold shower!

The air conditioning was noisy, but the shower was great!

The front desk staff were super accommodating, keeping our reservation despite late arrival. They offered us a late check-out at 1 PM and even held our bags while we explored the city. The room was clean, and free water and kettle were a nice touch. ☕

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Dumaguete. I loved how easy it was to access nearby stores for essentials. The staff impressed me with their professionalism and quick assistance, especially when I needed to extend my stay. I enjoyed the clean, quiet room after being transferred from one that had an unpleasant odor. However, the lack of windows in the hotel left me feeling a bit claustrophobic, especially with the hammering from maintenance work on the first floor that echoed upstairs. Even though the second room was cleaner, the lingering smell in the bathroom was disappointing. A good cleaning with disinfectants could improve the overall experience significantly.

I experienced poor communication regarding my airport transfer. They failed to notify me that my prearranged airport transport was cancelled. This lack of information left me stranded upon arrival, and I had to scramble to find an alternative mode of transportation.

The room was pretty basic at first, really small with no fridge. But when I got upgraded to the suite, it was a game changer! The new room was huge, tons of storage, and even had a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bidet, which was nice. Just a heads up, two burners didn’t work, but the microwave and hot plate were fine. Definitely a better vibe in the suite.
